Our client that specialises in Road Freight Groupage is currently seeking a Sales Co-ordinator with strong secretarial skills and a working knowledge of freight forwarding.
The successful applicant would be working directly for the Sales Director, coordinating and supporting the activities of 3 full time Sales Personnel.
The role will be varied and include various sales related admin tasks, secretarial support to the Sales Director and customer services – being a point of contact for the company’s Customers, Partners & Agents
It is essential that applicants have good experience and knowledge of the processes of European Groupage and ideally have worked in a Freight Forwarding Sales office.
Skills required would be the ability to organise and prioritise considerable information flows and display good secretarial skills.
A professional presentation and excellent telephone manner are therefore essential
Hours are 8.15-17.15 Monday to Friday.
20 Days holiday per year.
Salary £18-21k DOE
