Stansted

This is an opportunity to work for one of the most innovative company’s within the airline industry.
The successful person will be working in a modern office environment with a friendly and driven team.
You will form part of the International sales department, and as such you must be prepared to travel in your role
Your day to day will involve the following but a more in depth spec is available to suitable candidates:
To maintain operational contacts with customers while taking air transport enquiries and quoting on requests and performing chartered flight.
Facilitate quotation and quote on requests received by the Company’s commercial department, to prepare (i.e. to calculate costs, add information to the database, obtain further information from customers) and agree with other departments of the Company and the Group the terms and conditions of the flight, quote and possible flight operation.
Establish and maintain contacts with customers, agents and suppliers on behalf of the Company.
Sign charter contracts on behalf of the Company within sales executives’ competence and responsibilities & ensure that correct terms are enforced & to take calls and enquiries out of office hours and weekends when on duty (on call duty, every 4th week)
