DESIGN ENGINEER / DERBYSHIRE / £27K-£37K + EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE
* Great opportunity for DESIGN ENGINEERS to join a multinational engineering & design consultancy. You will join a growing Defence Team which provides specialist technical, mechanical engineering, safety & reliability & project management services
* Applications are welcomed from Engineers able to demonstrate sufficient & appropriate mechanical engineering analytical capability to deliver a range of technically challenging projects & support development of safety cases in the Nuclear industry
You will have skills as follows:
- Degree qualified or equivalent in Mechanical or a related engineering discipline
- Appropriate professional exp in an engineering environment relevant to the defence sector
- Exp of design/specification of test rigs & related equipment for pressure vessels & related equipment
- ASME based design of Nuclear Steam Raising Plant items & related pressure vessels
- Accomplished CAD user
- Familiar with the ASME design codes & application
