Description
LEAD HARDWARE ENGINEER/ WEST YORKSHIRE/ TO £42K
To act as a "focal point" for Hardware in respect to the assigned projects.To assist the project manager to plan, resource and develop the hardware platform for the assigned project.Ensuring compliance with product and customer specifications.Responsible for the generation of comprehensive HW & system level documentation and detailed specifications
Will have significant number of years commercial hardware design and development experience.
Should possess detailed knowledge of hardware design and analysis tools including expertise in layout techniques for analogue and high-speed circuits.
Completed several large, complex and multi-disciplinary projects utilising all aspects of DFR, DFM and EMC techniques.
Should have detailed component knowledge including road maps for product critical technologies relevant to future "core business"
Have the ability to provide detailed analysis on competitor products providing recommendations from conclusions drawn from the evaluation | | |
