Posistion : Production Manager
Location : Fareham
Salary : £25,000 to £35,000 PA
A fast past and bespoke IT OEM are looking for a production manager to look after production, stores and testing with good management, planning and scheduling lean manufacturing and formularise with stores environment. The Company offer a very bright future for the right candidate developing into more senior roles.
Lots of energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude required, with the ability to
work quickly and multi-task effectively
Proven people management skills are essential, with the ability to motivate
and energise at all levels from apprentice to supervisor
2+ years in a supervisory or management position in a low volume high value
manufacturing environment
Experience of production planning, scheduling and capacity planning are
essential
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to produce high
quality documentation and reports quickly and accurately
Previous experience in a stores environment is essential, including stock
control, handling, packing, preservation and delivery. Stores supervision or
management experience will be an advantage
Knowledge and experience of lean manufacturing will be an advantage
An enthusiastic, energising manufacturing professional to lead our production technicians and
stores team through an exciting period of growth. Assembly and test of high quality industrial
computers.
