Description
My client has been established over 20 years and provide and electrical installations, maintenance and testing services to the Construction Industry and the Property & Facilities Management sector.
They are currently seeking an M&E Contracts Manager to be site based in West London and surrounding areas. Ideally you should be more mechanically biased and be able to run a £2M contract from start to finish.
Preferable experience in high end residential fit out including AV works i.e. a client has bought a £10M house and likely to spend £12M refurbishing it.
