National Service Manager / Engineering Manager (Electrical / Mechanical)
Nationwide with Travel to Head Office in Bolton
£30,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits Including Company Car and Bonus
After forty years in operation, our clients ability to recognise market changes and adapt quickly has led to a collection of successful health care divisions that combine and work together to provide an integrated package of care.
Their Engineering provides a nationwide team of engineers experienced in working in hospitals, nursing homes and private homes. Their engineers are fully trained to install, repair and service a wide range of mobility equipment including hoists and bathing solutions.
They are currently looking to re-structure and improve their team and as a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Service Manager to join them and to manage a team of 28 field-based Engineers. As such, the post holder will be travelling throughout the UK up to 60% of the time and working from our office in Bolton for the remainder of the time. Motivating the team through leadership and personal example, you will identify training and development needs in order to ensure an effective and efficient service. You will oversee planned maintenance, breakdowns, installation and commissioning conducted by the engineers.
The ideal candidate will be located within a commutable distance of Bolton; however all candidates willing to travel will be considered.
They are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual with the drive and passion to make this challenging role a success. With a mechanical and electrical background, you will have previous experience of managing and motivating a team. A commercially aware individual, you will be confident managing a budget and carrying out business planning. A driving licence is essential for this role.
