Description
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Validation Engineer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop, prepare the installation of, revision of test validation procedures/protocols to ensure that a product is manufactured in accordance with appropriate regulatory agencies validation requirements, internal company standards and current industry practices.
· Compile and analyses validation data, prepare reports and make recommendations for changes and/or improvements.
· Maintain all documentation pertaining to qualification and validation which shall serve as an information resource for validation technicians, vendors and contractors including the Master Validation Plan (MVP).
· Responsible for developing and recommending validation strategies and designing studies for the purpose of providing documented evidence that a system, equipment, method or process has been validated.
· Conduct and process qualification programs.
· Write detailed protocols and reports to document validation of systems/equipment and provide validation support for facility and utility expansion, compliance upgrades and retrospective validations.
· Develop and implement solutions to validation issues.
· Oversee and review validation area processes and procedures.
· Ensure new equipment is handed to production departments in a complete and validated state.
· Present validation systems programme at internal and external audits.
· Assist in the selection, specification and negotiation of competitive pricing of equipment.
