Description
Renishaw are seeking to recruit an Internal Auditor. The successful candidate will report to and will support the Group Audit Manager in all aspects of overseas and UK internal audit, including planning, auditing, reporting and post audit implementation reviews. The role will also provide exposure to a diverse range of finance activities on an ad hoc basis to support the group's continuing growth.
KEY OUTPUTS AND DELIVERABLES:
• Responsibility for the internal audits, financial reviews and business risk reviews of a number of the group companies
• Investment appraisals
• Group Internal Control Manual reviews
• Transfer pricing reviews
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE:
All applicants are required to be a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant.
Although not essential, it would be desirable if applicants have the following:
• A robust understanding of internal or external audit environment;
• Familiarity with investment appraisals;
• Some knowledge of transfer pricing
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
The individual will be numerate and organised with good attention to detail. They will be able to show sound judgement, and be an excellent verbal and written communicator.
LOCATION:
This role will be based at our New Mills site at Wotton-under-Edge, in Gloucestershire.
There will also be regular overseas travel for 25-40% of the time with at least one trip per month.
