Description A key vacancy exists in Cummins Turbo Technologies Aftermarket division for a Customer Services Leader. The Customer Services Leader is a key role within Aftermarket, leading the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) group and linking with Warehouse, Remanufacturing, Sales Account managers, materials, shipping and leading customer communication. You will also be responsible for leading customer contact on all aspects of order entry/enquiry management system and customer care through the Aftermarket CSR team.
We are looking for someone who has previous customer service experience (ideally business to business) and previous supervisory experience. Ability to communicate in Spanish would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities: - To provide sales analysis information on a Weekly/Monthly basis - To coordinate and lead improvement work within the Huddersfield Aftermarket CSR area. This will involve cross functional inter-departmental coordination - To understand and improve the computer systems (Oracle) which affect the CSR area by driving improvements and liaison with the Systems and other Departments - To understand and implement all the training needs of the Customer Service Reps within Huddersfield Aftermarket - To coordinate and revise all procedures relevant to the Sales/CSR department in line with ISO9001 (quality standards) - To coordinate and assess customer complaints including liaison with customers, informing feedback to customers and analysis of common complaints - To suggest and justify all new equipment required by the Sales/CSR Department - To coordinate, lead and develop CSR Team for Huddersfield Aftermarket - To supervise the Customer Service Reps and coordinate Sales and CSR Department to implement policies and objectives agreed by the Aftermarket Operations Manager - Maintain files as required with Sales/Marketing - Help with maintenance of customer displays
Essential Skills:
Educated to a good basic standard - Experience with Word, Excel and Lotus Notes - Customer Service experience or a similar role - Oral and Written communication - Attention to detail - Organisation knowledge - Multinational knowledge - Problem solving - Functional excellence - Business process understanding - General business knowledge
