Planned growth has resulted with the need to recruit for an experienced PCB Assembly Manager, working with their prestige performance and lifestyle entertainment products.
Managing with a ‘hands-on’ approach, you will be responsible for all aspects of PCB assembly, NPI within PCB, Process improvement - including scheduling and planning, breakdown and maintenance cover for production machinery and staff management.
Leading a team of 25 staff you will be a confident and competent Manager with excellent inter-personal skills. You will have a sound understanding of SMT engineering and production management, whilst at the same time being able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
