DOLPHIN STEEL is a Dubai (United Arab Emirates) based professionally managed independent Steel Contracting Company specialized in executing "Design & Built" TURNKEY Contracts and EPC Projects. Dolphin Group (Dolphin HR Solutions along with Dolphin Technologies) has been appointed to oversee the recruitment of Quality Assurance Engineers/Consultants for a leading organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to supervise the quality assurance inspection of a major Housing and Township construction project including all housing accommodation the faculty buildings and a waterfront Yacht club.
The person:
Candidate/Qualification Spec:
·Minimum of 15 years (compulsory) of professional experience in inspecting Villas and Housing construction and Structural Engineering work
·International experience of consistent Quality Assurance work in Europe, Australia and USA is compulsory.
·Professional experience in large infrastructure buildings, schools, universities, office towers, shopping malls, hotels, residential units, would be an advantageous.
·Good written and verbal communication skills.
·Strong experience in site supervision.
·Ideally degree qualified ME, M Tech, M Arch, B Eng, BSc, with ideally a post graduate qualification, such as a PhD's or Masters.
Role/Responsibilities:
Job description:
As part of the QA inspection team you will be responsible for checking the quality of the buildings, observing and making necessary recommendations for any changes to the properties. It will involve inspection of both existing properties and on-going construction of 1200 Villas, Yacht Club and Public Library, which are part of township under construction
Benefits: Tax-free salary package to include, free luxurious accommodation, transportation and medical insurance. Leave after every 3-4 months in country subject to approval of Line Director/Manager, with air tickets to and from destination provided. All in land travel will be at companies cost. Visas to be processed by Dolphin.
