Our client offers comprehensive cleaning services throughout the UK, all guaranteed by top quality, professional standards of service and workmanship, and membership of trade associations such the British Institute of Cleaning Services (BICS) and British Disaster Management Association (BDMA).
Their Hygiene division based in Monton, Eccles is now looking for an experienced Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the planning and organisation of the operatives. You will ensure that they have the correct equipment and materials on board and that they know what they are doing where and when, as well as ensuring work is completed within the required timescale to the satisfaction of the customer. An ability to schedule work to ensure maximum productivity and optimum asset usage is essential. Ensuring all work is fully compliant with Health & Safety regulations. This role combines site supervision and office based duties.
IT literate, with good customer service skills, you will have the ability to supervise teams and have good planning and basic estimating skills. You must have previous experience within the cleaning industry preferable within a specialist role of industrial deep clean and fire & flood restoration. A Full Driving licence is required. | | |
