Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client has a position for A Shop Floor Manager within a sheet metal and fabrication company, based in south east Leicester, experience within general shop floor operations is essential as well as a hands on approach. The shop floor is split up into welding MIG/TIG, CNC Lasers & Punch and Powder Coating, an immediate start is available for the right candidate.
ABOUT YOU
• Ideally you will have experience within a sheet metal or fabrication background,although experience within a general engineering background would be acceptable.
• The ability to lead by example and to lead from the front is a must.
• Understanding of the 5 S's and SMED would be an advantage.
• The ability to work within a fast paced and pressurised environment is a must as production targets are strict and must be met.
