ROLE - ELECTRO MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
SECTOR - FOOD / BEVERAGE PRODUCTION
BASED - LEICESTER, LEICESTERSHIRE
SALARY - £27,528 PER ANNUM (INCLUSIVE SHIFT ALLOWANCE)

• THE OPPORTUNITY - IMMEDIATE START
We are inviting applications for a Multi Skilled Electro Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on a permanent night shift carrying out general plant maintenance at one of Leicester's leading confectionery manufacturers.
Ideally you will be mechanically biased with strong electrical skills, 16th / 17th Edition qualifications would be extremely advantageous although not essential.
You will need to either be time served or hold relevant mechanical / maintenance / manufacturing engineer qualifications along with a solid work history and a sound understanding of plant machinery.
In addition to this, the position is a permanent NIGHT SHIFT with the following work hours:
- Monday to Thursday 10pm to 6am
- Friday - 4pm to 9pm
The majority of work carried out during the night shift is line based production therefore plant maintenance would be carried out during this period, whilst the nightshift is running this maintenance is carried out during the weekend, where overtime is available.
