Description
A blue chip, market-leading, automotive organisation require a Project Manager to join the Chassis Engineering division. Candidates of interest will have proven knowledge of steering systems, a confident communicator and project delivery experience.

£22.23 per hour (Limited Company)
Location: Warwickshire (Commutable from Leamington Spa, Warwick, Solihull, Rugby, Nuneaton, Birmingham, Coventry, West Midlands)
Temporary positions various Contract Lengths
Candidates will work as a project manager for the engineering design of Wheels and Tyres. Applicants must be able to manage complex issues, be a confident communicator at all levels and have in depth knowledge of upper steering systems.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
· Core task is to provide support to enable PMST’s to achieve their objectives
· Single point of contact for project communication in and out of Wheels, Tyres
· Owns and reports out project deliverables within Wheels and Tyres and Programme Team
· Facilitates problem resolution and champions Wheel and Tyre owned AIM’s
· Coordinates and records progress through Sub-Module meetings
Candidates with prior experience in a project manager role and educated to degree level or equivalent with experience are preferred for this position.
The experience/skills, which are desired for this role, include:
· Demonstrable in depth knowledge of the relevant chassis systems and components
· Good team player with the ability to work effectively within a cross functional team
· Good verbal and written communication skills to report technical issues across all levels
· Ability to manage complex issues and to balance the conflicting needs of the business within project timing constraints
· Demonstrate proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines
· Flexible with regard to multiple site working and be prepared to travel overseas if required
