Description
•Drive change through the implementation of Kaizen, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and empowered teams.
• Technical development and optimisation of existing and new processes using lean manufacturing tools.
•Co-ordination of new product introduction.
•Leading and developing a workforce of 60 employees, including 4 Team leaders.
