Description
You will:
? Deliver the Group's UK purchasing strategy
?Manage and continuously develop the benefit to Group companies from strategic supply alliances with suppliers.
?Improve supply security and manage risks from?their purchasing strategy.
?Manage and ?develop the purchasing team.
?Manage existing strategic supply alliances improving performance and levels of integration.
?Forge new strategic supply alliances to benefit Group businesses.
?Manage internal Group suppliers acting as their account manager.
?Deliver Group purchasing strategies and continuously seek to improve performance and bottom line contribution.
?Manage and develop the competency and performance of the purchasing team.
?Analyse and monitor market conditions and cost drivers to prompt proactive action to benefit the business.
?Undertake risk management and develop mitigation strategies.
?Develop and continuously improve KPI's to measure performance and drive process improvement
?Bottom line profitability.
