Description Reports directly to Department Manager Construction Scheduling Reports functionally to Site Lead Planner or the Site Manager Tasks: (in the absence of Site Lead Planner) ?Develop, revise, update and maintain the Site System Time Schedules in line with applicable procedures. ?Co-ordinate the Sub-Contractor schedules and ensure proper interfacing amongst the different schedules. ?Provide inputs for the generation of the periodic Time Schedule Reports identifying the delays, critical paths and developing recovery plans and crash schedules with the sub-contractors. ?Generate special Schedule Reports as requested by the Site Lead Planner, Construction Lead and Site Manager for analysis purpose. ?Provide inputs and updates as required. ?Ensure approval from PPES for Target Schedules data prior to revision.
Responsibilities: ?Generation and revision of System Time Schedules (STS) for Site under the directives of Site Lead Planner covering all site activities including the scope of Business PP and the Turnkey packages of all other sectors/business. ?Site STS updating and reporting. ?Sub-Contractor schedules monitoring and controlling. ?Provide inputs to the Site Lead Planner for Master Time Schedule (MTS)?Provide inputs to the CMS Engineer for CMS updates. ?Maintaining a database for all data and periodic updates.
Performance Meausrement ?Site STS, its revisions and updates ?Delay reports and action plans with sub-contractors
Specific reports as requested by Site Manager or Site Lead Planner ?Updated schedules database for the project Authority ?Has the right to demand and receive timely and complete information necessary to fulfill his/her tasks from all concerned. ?Has the authority to accept or reject the plans submitted by the sub-contractors in consultation with the Lead Site Planner. ?Has the right to make changes in site STS schedules in agreement with Site Construction and Commissioning Managers/Supervisors and Site Lead Planner. ?Has the right to be involved in any discussion or review, which may have impact on schedules, or any other above mentioned responsibilities.
Education: ?University degree (comparable with bachelor or master) ?Appropriate experience in power plant construction and engineering?Appropriate experience in management functions ?Good level of English required ?Skills in other foreign language helpful • Specific knowledge and skills: ?Leadership and social competence ?General knowledge of power plant systems ?Negotiation and presentation ?Quick decision making ?Active in solving problems ?Motivating and well-aimed promoting ?Delegating, setting priorities and acting straight towards the target ?Willing to take responsibility ?Comprehensive thinking ?Common sense, respectful and loyalty ?Cost awareness ?Open-minded for changes and new ideas (3 to 5 years experience) | | |
