Description
THIS A TEMP to PERM POSITION -
Seeking and Production Planner for a manufacturing organisation?based in Sheffield.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
To plan production, scheduling and delivery for specified product portfolio, feeding back to customer(s) as and when required.
?
To raise works orders and print shop packet with due dates to meet customers required date.
?
To schedule in the required sequence to manufacturing and prioritise where necessary to optimise key manufacturing processes, e.g. casting line.
Scheduling to include contractors to ensure on time delivery.
?
To measure and publish WIP and kanban levels for product portfolio.
?
To track WIP on?system by processing operation steps, to support? implementation.
?
Adhering to GMP's, company policies, specified inventory targets whilst driving to improve customer service levels.
?
To support ad hoc projects / improvement programs.
