Due to continued expansion, our client, a FTSE 100 company in the process industry - highly respected by their the financial sector clients are seeking 3 production Leaders to join their South East operation.
Reporting to the Operations manager, successful applicants will be responsible for all aspects of running a team of up to 30 operatives, with wide ranging responsibilities including throughput, quality, Health & Safety etc, implementing and maintaining KPIs as necessary. Candidates will have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge of lean tools/ modern manufacturing techniques such as kaizen, 6 sigma, 5s, tpm, poke yoke etc would be advantageous.
Candidates should be of graduate calibre with at least 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment and relevant team management experience.
