Ecotherm UK Ltd is a fast-growth subsidiary of a €20 Billion turnover manufacturing multinational and a well respected manufacturer of high performance building products for the European Commercial and Domestic markets... with growth potential magnified by the advanced environmental and safety benefits of existing and planned future products.
To support continued company development and underpin a genuine momentum towards best practice and world-class standards, this role has arisen as part of a commercial reorganisation… to deliver commercial strategy and excellence for the organisation via the National Sales Team.
The successful candidate is likely to have national, commercial responsibility of a market leading, high volume industrial process manufacturer with end user and distribution customers… ideally with knowledge of the building products industry, although fresh ideas are welcome!
Other key credentials are:
· Strong strategic commercial ability with high level negotiation skills
· A proven track record of delivering agreed results
· A natural leader who inspires confidence at all levels both within and outside the organisation
· The ability to motivate, monitor and develop the UK Sales team… directing succession planning and ongoing career progression via training and personal development
· Strong planning and organisational skills including the development and implementation of commercial disciplines (eg. KPIs) and ways of working
· A genuine belief in modern commercial management methods, for example, customer relationship management
· Initiative, enthusiasm and a desire to play a central role in the development of a World Class Company
