Description
Business Process Improvement Project Leader
In this organisation, a department is in charge of conducting process improvement by implementing new processes and state of the art tools. In this department, she/he is assigned to the implementation of new tools, i.e.
Define the requirements with the Business
Select the adequate tool with the support of IM (information management)
Lead the implementation, in a team with IM
Pilot the training and the roll out of these tools
The job holder is responsible to support Supply Chain Management People in their daily use of the Procurement tools (SAP, SRM, Ariba, EDM, Portal) and to ensure that the tools are correctly deployed and used in the organisation (organize trainings)
There will be opportunities to get project responsibilities, starting with small projects and moving progressively to bigger ones. In this context, is responsible for project budget, planning and managing the IM relationship
The successful candidate will report to the Business Process Improvement & Performance Management within the Supply Chain Management Business Supports organisation.
Key elements:
Engineer + some knowledge in software development
some SAP knowledge
communication skills
international mindset
autonomy
significant French & German knowledge (some months spend in FR or GE during university studies)
real interest in supporting & train people
Engineer / Business Sciences
Fluent in German or French.
Additional French or German skills preferred
Proven software knowledge required (coding, reports production, ERP implementation)
Used to data base management and SAP
Ability & interest in training others
Successful candidates will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.
