Description Regional Business Development Manager Premium Quality Printed Self-Adhesive Packaging Package to c £45,000 including regional profit share Midlands & South Our Client - established in Manchester by former Senior Managers of Blue Chip Multi-National Packaging Organisations with a vision of a labelling business which could combine an unprecedented service-level commitment with genuine "solutions expertise"... to offer manufacturers a level of service, quality and reliability that renders price issues secondary - has over 15+ years grown considerably in both size and reputation. This is particularly evident in the North West, where new customers have appeared regularly as much through word of mouth as through sales activity. The next logical step for the business is to extend this profile into the southern half of the UK, which demands local presence since the Company's reputation and its central cultural values depend on an ability to react quickly, immediately, personally, and with genuine expertise, to each new customer requirement. This could be a technically challenging vision of the customer's, with no obvious "how to" precedent... or a reaction to a business-critical stock-out where larger, less flexible, more commodity-oriented competitors are unable to react sufficiently quickly. The key is in providing the optimum solution through full market knowledge, and not limiting recommendations to self-manufactured staple products and/or the limitations of existing materials or printing assets. The credentials therefore sought for these newly created roles are...
