Description
Production System Engineer required in the Staffordshire area to be responsible for providing functional support for the production engineering section and facilitate engineering solutions to related projects within the Substation Automation business.
Your role will involve:-
- Prepare cubicle build packages as required, to include: Specifications, Bill Of Materials, Drawings, Risk Assessments, etc.
- Provide CAD support as required by the Substation Automation business.
- Maintain & develop documentation within the document management system.
- Working in both a conceptual and detailed design engineering environment providing engineering solutions to the end customer.
- Provide technical support to other Automation section team members as required.
- Represent Substation Automation on matters associated with production engineering.
- To act as a focal point for customer approval activities such as, specification compliance and Type Registration.
- To act as focal point for cubicle suppliers and provide clarifications during the cubicle build process.
