Description
Senior manufacturing professional required to lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and practices to a successful and well established food manufacturing organisation. This is a permanent position and your CV will give details of successes in similar roles. You will ideally have a food manufacturing background, but certainly you will be familiar with lean manufacturing techniques and be able to up-skill the existing workforce, involving them in the improvement processes as well as instilling a culture of continuous improvement. | | |
