Description My Client is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager, to join their successful business. You will be responsible for: Management of the supply chain processes, including Global Procurement, Contracts Management, Shipping and Logistics. In order to provide outstanding customer service Monitor, Implement and define key performance indictors for the supply chain process improvements. This will include coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth implementation of improvement actions. Monitor, implement and define, order forecast, order book visibility and sales forecast mechanism for Automation Products orders between all selling units and manufacturing units Create and implement a change management plan (organisational change, training, Communication), identifying risks to build and follow up a risk management plan Coordinate between selling units and manufacturing units to utilise Order forecast, sales forecast, and S&OP tools to plan and adjust capacity to meet customer requirement Monitor, implement and define the sales and operation-planning tool for optimum utilisation of all manufacturing capacities across units and achieve targeted delivery lead-time and delivery performance Ensure implementation and management of the global procurement management process across all units Lead & contribute in developing improvement action plan for Global Supply Chain initiatives for Automation Products Coordinate with PL sourcing team for full implementation of global suppliers across all units and set up optimum material supply chain To succeed in this role
You will have a Technical and or Business Master Degree, with established experience in industrial environments and significant involvement in Supply chain. As well as experience in process improvement initiative and change management within large information systems project management You will have knowledge of the Automation Products business, to be able to support the sustainable growth of the product line You will also need to be fluent in English; any other languages would be advantageous. Strong Communication and demonstrated leadership skills
