A leading Aerospace company are looking for assembly and test operatives able to follow engineering instructions and drawings to assemble & test complex equipment to aerospace standards.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager this role will involve assembly of complex aerospace components following detailed assembly drawings and assembly process techniques. The assemblies will have to be tested for correct operation/performance using a variety of test equipment including mechanical, hydraulic and electrical tests.
Qualifications/Requirements:
The candidates will be responsible for completing daily prioritised work within given deadlines.
The role may include shift work where appropriate.
Understand how to read engineering drawings and have experience in inspecting and verifying their own work.
This role will require good hand dexterity and hand/eye co-ordination.
