Description Summary of the role
To provide a radiographic non destructive evaluation service and provide technical advice relating to radiographic techniques, as well as define and implement the radiographic training and development requirements of the radiography team. To deputise for the Team Leader of Radiography as required.

Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience & Skills
· Underlying theory and principles of radiography · Non Destructive Testing Inspection techniques · Awareness of Radiological hazards · Level II (or higher) PCN or ASNT in Radiography or equivalent · Proven experience of operational radiography (ideally both High and low energy) · Experience of people leadership · Able to carry out radiographic inspections · Radiographic film processing · Interpretation of radiographic images · Able to provide technical leadership and supervision · Report writing · Computer literacy
Special Requirements
· Occasional UK and overseas travel is anticipated
