Senior Engineer based Stevenage salary negotiable TBA with right person
Qualifications and Skills needed by applicants
Essential:
CATIA V5
3D modelling of spacecraft components and assemblies
Generation of 2D drawings from 3D models/assemblies
Scheme/layout creation in conjunction with structures
engineer
Knowledge of Aerospace structures highly desirable
Role is to be a Focus for other designers within the team and liaising with designers from other subsystems/projects.
Producing 3D models, schemes and manufacturing drawings if required.
Checking work generated by other team members.
Ensure quality of output.
Managing workflow within the team
. Maintaining or assigning maintenance of the VPM structure tree.
Sprint activities.
Drawing/Model management.
Familiar with company/departmental procedures.
Contribution to design costs.
Contribution to design schedule
