Electronics Engineer
Salary to £38000 + Bens
Location: Worcestershire
My client is a leading organisation that produce a range of innovative high-precision electronic products. In order to strengthen further our design and engineering capability they are now recruiting for an Electronic Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to develop their skills in a world-leading organisation.
The role will focus on working with teams of multi-disciplinary engineers within new product development, manufacturing and our supplier base. You will be responsible for providing robust, cost-effective design solutions for new products and feature enhancements across the range of current instrumentation products. You will also be required to provide task estimates, plans and progress reports whilst liaising with contractors to resolve quality issues and developing testing processes at outsource / offshore suppliers.
The successful candidate will hold a qualification in Electronic Engineering (degree or equivalent) and relevant experience, preferably in a related field. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with pcb design experience and the ability to take on a diversity of design and problem solving assignments. Good communication and team-working skills are essential and a full UK driving licence is required.
