Qualification/Experience or Skill
Engineering degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Aeronautics
Experience in the development of systems in the C3I domain or related areas
Experience in leading a multidiscipline team in Systems Engineering, Electronics domain.
Good interpersonal skills and willingness to travel worldwide
Overall Purpose
The client is a renowned supplier of Military Communications systems and equipment. The C3I Systems Technical Project Managers (TPM) primary responsibility is to lead the development teams efforts in order to deliver the required C3I system against its specification within the cost, schedule and level of quality required. The engineering teams will be composed of system, hardware and software engineers.
Scope of work for the TPM ranges from technical proposals/bids to final qualification/validation.
The C3I System TPM will contribute to the business development efforts of the client offerings within this domain.

2/ Provide technical direction and guidance to team
3/ Monitor project funding and financial performance
Description
Create and execute multidiscipline development plan.
Organize the team (resources, task allocation, priority management, technical decision) to ensure achievement of the goals.
Development shall be done within allocated/agreed budget.
Key Competencies
Command, Control, Communications & Intelligence Systems Development Background
Understand User Requirements.
Understand requirement Specifications, ICDs and qualification/validation plans for C3I Systems & Subsystems.
Create Technical Statements of Work for equipment suppliers. | | |
