Are you an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with a passion for electronics? Or are you an experienced Electronics Engineer with knowledge of software? If so, this could be the role for you.
Our client is a leading product development consultancy firm. Specialising in electronics, they give their clients the competitive edge through their innovative services and highly experienced team. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Embedded Software Design Engineer/Developer to join them.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer or Electronics Engineer who is looking for a role that will involve working on projects varying from simple data loggers and high speed data acquisition systems, to wireless networks.
To succeed as an Embedded Software Design Engineer/Developer (C, C++) you will need to be degree educated (or equivalent) and possess skills in the following:
- embedded software - C, C++
- digital electronic design skills
- schematic CAD
Additionally you must have good customer relationship skills.
Although not essential, skills in any of the following would be preferable:
- Database programming
- VB, assembly
- RTOS
- SSL
- Protocol development
- Embedded Linux
- Analogue / RF design
