ROLE - DESIGN / PROJECT ENGINEERS - POWERTRAIN
SECTOR - AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING
BASED - HINCKLEY, LEICESTERSHIRE
SALARY - circa. £25,250 - £32,000 PER ANNUM (RISING TO £40,000)

• THE OPPORTUNITY -

Based at their state-of-the-art HQ in Hinckley, Leicestershire, you'll be part of a global team where overseas travel and secondments are real possibilities.
• ABOUT THE ROLE -
We're looking for Mechanical/Automotive Design Engineers with the skills and the flair to design motorcycle Powertrain components using Pro/Engineer 3D CAD. You'll have full technical responsibility for the development of your components, and will get the opportunity to use the latest prediction simulation software. First class training will bring you up to speed with the most advanced tools.
• SELF DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES -
If you can do all of the above and have the extra experience for bigger responsibilities, you could join us as a Project Engineer. This means taking design responsibility for some of the most important components in a project from conception through to production. You may also get the opportunity of representing the design team in project meetings, signing off design changes and taking the lead on the concept engineering of new models.
• ABOUT YOU AND WHAT WE NEED -
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2:1 Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering. HNC and HND qualified applicants with relevant experience will also be considered.
