We are looking for experience sales & business developers within aerospace fuel systems or complex aerospace systems
A South coast based, leading international aerospace company has a healthy order book and is looking to secure this growth. We would be looking for a true sales professional with a great personality, business acumen along with the technical knowledge to back up your pitch. We are looking to continue introducing our products prior to overhauls, upgrades and modifications into the worlds Air forces so be able to deal with different cultures is essential along with regulations such as ITAR.
To be the prime company point of contact, being able to sell and inform on all relevant company products. Delivering the forecast order-book
Establishing new relationships and improving existing relationships to ensure sales success and a strong future customer order book
Contribute to company product strategy, technology roadmap and strategic planning process to ensure future success
Competitive intelligence: to improve upon the competition using relevant information in the companies best interests. Propose candidate companies for acquisition
General Deliverables
Order book;
Develop overall customer strategy to include current and future business, MOPS, customer contact plan, capture strategies for future business
Strategy for maintaining current business, securing momentum business and winning new business
Capture plan for specific opportunities
Lead the gated review process up to Tender
Analyse customer and competitor requirements and position
Customer Satisfaction;
Understand and monitor how the customer measures the company
Customer contact plan
Organization to organization
Reporting
Monthly report per customer
Weekly update
Customer / Region Plan that encapsulates dynamics and opportunities
Capture plan for major opportunities linked to Gated Review process
