An opportunity as raised for a QA auditor to join this blue chip organisation. Supporting the Quality team you will assist with implementing and ensuring the health and safety procedures of the company. Your key responsibilities will include product quality, sampling and testing, GMP and CCP Audits and dealing with customer complaints. Shift pattern will mirror the production team, Friday to Monday- working directly under the QA Manager.
Ideally you will have a degree in food technology or related scientific discipline backed by experience in a manufacturing environment covering quality assurance, technical and auditing. In addition you should also display a broad knowledge of a range of foods, spanning chilled, frozen and ambient categories plus a strong commitment to quality and a solid grasp of HACCP as well as legislative issues.
