Senior level position in a customer focused company producing an extensive variety of food products for their retail client base.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will develop and lead the quality strategy within the business focusing on delivering consumer and customer satisfaction and business improvement. The role covers the effective management of supplier raw material assurance, product and process development from innovation to manufacture, hygiene and technical standards.
One of the key challenges of the job will be to influence senior management and gain their full commitment to drive continuous improvement initiatives whilst delivering improved quality, food safety and environmental conformance and complaint reduction on site.
To be considered for this role you will have significant technical experience within a FMCG environment and be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire people around you. An excellent communicator, you will be a proven people manager capable of delivering change through your team, have a strong eye for detail and be focused whilst prioritising your tasks to contribute to the wider business objectives.
