This well known and highly regarded branded business have seen excellent growth in the last few years which has lead to the need to further develop the team within the technical function. A thoroughly focused business producing the finest food products for a discerning consumer.
Reporting to the Technical Director, the position will oversee all the technical, quality and product development systems across the Site. The manufacturing process requires a strong direction to the entire technical system – quality assurance, raw materials and finished product specification. You will also have regular front line contact with the major retailers.
Requiring a motivational and inspirational approach coupled with technical management experience gained within a food manufacturing environment. A big motivating factor will be the chance to develop both yourself and the site, implement and maintain the standards expected.
