Position - Systems Engineer Aerospace
Location Wiltshire
Permanent
Salary £ 32,400 to £ 38,500, benefits & relocation
A leading international Aerospace company are looking for Systems engineers with either electrical or mechanical backgrounds. The role is varied and interesting working on a variety of aircraft types and projects.
The role will involve
Bid Support, Requirements capture, Technical proposals, Technical delivery of projects, Attendance at Design Reviews and meetings, Training and mentoring team members
Knowledge, skills and qualities required
Good working knowledge of an engineering discipline (electrical, avionic, airframe, systems etc.)
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
Accurate and attentive to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking
Continuous improvement – adaptive to change
Working to deadlines
Development
Key accountabilities
Technical delivery in line with project requirements
Partnership with Project Manager to deliver technical solution
Maintenance of records in accordance with local procedures (ISO 9100)
Profile
Team Player, Customer focussed, Leadership
Desirable Qualifications
HNC/HND/Degree in Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship or Military equivalent
