KDC Recruitment Consultant (Permanent)
Location – KDC Offices, Bournemouth Airport, Dorset
Basic Salary - in line with recruitment knowledge and technical expertise; this is enhanced with uncapped personal commission and bonuses.
KDC are a Recruitment & Engineering Solutions provider to the Aerospace, Marine, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Rail and Power industry sectors. We supply Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, IT & Skilled Trades personnel on a permanent and contract basis.
The current Recruitment Team have over 30 Years of Recruitment experience between them, backed up by the extensive expertise of our own Engineering Division, providing you with valuable support from a team that want you to succeed.
This role will predominantly be office based and on the telephone whilst you develop existing and new Clients and Candidates. You will be expected to visit your Clients as required using one of our Company Cars, so you must hold a current full UK/EU driving licence without any major endorsements.
You will have a good academic background and ideally some sales experience. This is a fast-paced role and requires a confident and energetic multi-tasker that thrives under pressure and works well to tight deadlines. You will need to be target driven so a pro active approach is essential.
This role is crucial in the next step in developing our company structure and the right individual will be rewarded for achievement.
Hours of Work
9am – 6pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 9pm – 4pm
(1 Hour for Lunch Monday to Thursday)

N.B. Due to the nature of work completed by the KDC Engineering Division, please note that successful applicants must be willing to undergo and able to pass a UK MOD security vetting process. Typically (but not exclusively) this requires that applicants have been resident in UK for the past 5 years and are UK, British Commonwealth or European Economic Area nationals.
