Description DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING – Steel Manufacturing KUWAIT GENEROUS TAX FREE EX-PAT PACKAGE
My Client is a fast growth subsidiary of a multi billion dollar, privately owned, global conglomerate with over 30 businesses across a variety of industries… all of which share a genuine commitment to & investment in people alongside a tradition of focusing on Best Practice.
They are an international leader in the production & supply of steel solutions with 5 Manufacturing plants & a worldwide commercial presence. Products include pre-engineered buildings, conventional structural steel buildings, primary & secondary frames, mezzanines etc; which are supplied to a variety of industries including oil & gas, petrochemicals & & aluminium smelters, infrastructures plus commercial & industrial buildings.
Continued commercial growth & organisational development has led to the creation of this role which will take full responsibility for planning, co-ordination & management of the Sales & Marketing function … designing & implementing both short & long term commercial strategies, developing brand awareness, enhancement of technical product marketing, & leading commercial continuous improvement programmes across sales, marketing & application engineering.
A graduate with post graduate management qualifications, the successful candidate is likely to be a Senior Sales / Commercial Manager of a market leading, steel building manufacturing organisation with end user & specifiers…
Other key credentials are:
· Strong strategic, technical product sales & marketing abilities, ideally with experience / knowledge of PEBs; · A confident & energetic leader who inspires confidence at all levels both within & outside the organisation; · Experience of strategic planning, budgeting & cost management · A successful track record of delivering pre set commitments, building profitable turnover; · An effective high-level negotiator who combines strong commercial drive with an ability to maintain & develop excellent relationships with customers & distributors; · Track record of successful man, project & team management; · Driven by belief in modern, best practice commercial management techniques eg. customer value management / CRM
