A leading high technology company are looking for a project manager with ILS & Systems experience.
A project manager with both ILS and system engineering knowledge and experience. Working within the waste management group, the position will be responsible for delivering the ILS requirements for both military and commercial projects. .
Key Accountabilities – Reporting to the Programme Director The successful candidate will be tasked with transition prototype and pre-production systems through to fully supported in service equipment. This will include the planning and completion of key system engineering and project management phases. The candidate will require a degree in an engineering discipline and would ideally have some experience of waste management requirements and /or processes. The candidate will also require experience and knowledge of ILS requirements and processes.
Successful outcomes of this role – Will be the demonstration of our ability to supply and support reliable and maintainable in service equipment, both to our military and commercial customers.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Educated to degree level, the successful candidate will have qualifications and or training in ILS, System Engineering and Project Management disciplines.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required – Ability to demonstrate relevant experience of managing complex ILS programme and evidence of successful transition of prototype systems into fully support in service equipment.
Essential Personal Qualities and Behavioural Requirements – Ability to work within a team environment with experience of customer facing and negations skills
Desirable Criteria – Experience of dealing with the MoD and DoD customers. The successful candidate will be required to meet strict security clearance criteria prior to appointment, including residency. | | |
