Candidates are likely to be qualified engineers with a broad technical confidence, together with...
· Strong leadership credentials gained in an environment where change is an everyday thing
· A background involving modern process improvement initiatives in an environment where engineering reliability & performance is business-critical.
· A good knowledge of maintenance-based as well as broader C.I./Lean techniques and philosophies (TPM, RCM, OEE etc)
· The motivation necessary to apply these skills successfully in a completely new industry
· Leadership qualities that include a strong commitment to excellent customer service, commercial success, and a coaching style that lead those who are inclined to distrust change to embrace the opportunity of being part of it.
