A first class career opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Engineer or Service Manager to join Britain?s premier manufacturer of purpose-built taxis.
Based in North London, the After Sales Manager will organise all the Service & Parts Department activities to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the departments by satisfying external and internal customers and enhancing customer relations.
The successful candidate will need technical knowledge and experience of the retail motor industry, with experience at a senior level. Excellent leadership and coaching attributes at a level required to manage a 40 bay service and vehicle sales preparation department is also required. You should also have a strong competency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and be proficient in the use of Kerridge AutoLine, Rev 7 and above.
Significant management experience at dealer/group or national level, as well as experience and knowledge of modern business methods and up to date knowledge of vehicle design and manufacture, consumer and vehicle legislation, industry and trade practices are also essential for this role.
