Description FIELD SALES ENGINEER CUTTING TOOLS HOME BASED ? BRISTOL/ M4 CORRIDOR
We are currently seeking a sales professional to take on the role of Field Sales Engineer for this leading carbide specialist covering Bristol and the M4 Corridor.
As Field Sales Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining the existing customer base and developing new strategic customers, selling to large multinational companies within the automotive, aerospace, steel, power and turbine industries.
To succeed as Field Sales Engineer, you should have commercial knowledge in mechanical engineering with proven experience with metal cutting machine tools. You may have a background in the carbide industry, but this is not a prerequisite of the role. Experience of machine tools or accessories sales would be ideal, but is not essential.
You must be highly self motivated and have excellent communication skills as well as proven ability to build relationships with clients at all levels. Experience selling to large multinational companies would be useful.
In addition to your basic salary, the company are offering a bonus, company car and pension. Relocation will also be offered to the right person.
You will be joining the UK representative sales organisation of a worldwide group which employs over 4,000 people worldwide and specialises in sales of indexable cutting tool solutions to selected UK manufacturing markets.
