Description
One of the UK’s leading construction companies are currently looking for a Senior Process Engineer
General skills/experience:
To carry out specific design tasks delegated to him by the project Process Engineer or Chief Process Engineer as appropriate.
To be responsible for checking of design work in accordance with Company Procedures and approval of design work when authority has been delegated by the Chief Process Engineer.
To carry out design tasks on proposals, delegated to him by the proposal Process Engineer or the Chief Process Engineer.
To liaise with other disciplines as required.
To provide support to Sales Department and Construction/Commissioning Departments as required.
Experience in process design
Track record of working with the major chemical engineering contractors.
Process design experience in the hydrocarbon and nuclear sectors would be an advantage.
To carry out the full range of process design activities from concept design through FEED to detailed engineering.
Should be MIChemE.
Candidates should have ability to supervise less experienced engineers.
Person Specification:
Only candidates with a degree in Chemical Engineering will be considered
Experience in the field of Process Design in the hydrocarbon processing sectors.
