Description Job Description
The products include coin counters, note readers/validators and card readers and can be found in a wide range of industries (amusement, vending, launderettes, car parks, car washes etc). Your responsibility will be to discuss technical enquiries with customers, provide advice & applications support as to which product would be best suited to their needs and provide technical support once the products / machines are in the field. There will be frequent UK travel and occasional European travel to visit customers, attend trade shows etc.
The successful candidate will have a track record of Technical Support, Applications Engineering or Field Service covering electro-mechanical products. You are also an excellent written & verbal communicator with a desire to build a long term career.
