Our client offers a complete range of lift services from Service and Repair to New Equipment and Installation. With a mixed portfolio of lift equipment consisting of approximately 4,000 units, they work with both commercial businesses and local authority.

This position will support the Repair Team, which undertakes a wide range of chargeable works across the commercial and social housing portfolios. The key focus of the role is to improve the efficiency across this key business area and help to drive both customer satisfaction and margin growth through the control of labour and materials.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with a minimum grade of 2:1 achieved or expected in an engineering or business related degree. They should also ideally posses a formal project management qualification. In reference to particular skills, you should have sound knowledge of MS Project and its application for the scheduling and management of a broad range of activities. You will be expected to participate as a team member, work on your own initiative, show all-round skills and promote and work to the required safety standards. In addition, a flexible approach to travel, working hours and job scope will be vital.
