Description
An independent Renewable Energy Consultancy are currently looking to recruit Senior Project Managers to provide project management and technical support to key accounts in onshore and offshore wind and other renewable technologies.
These will be key roles in the Project Delivery team reporting to the Director of Project delivery and supporting the management of the team of Project Managers and Project Engineers.
You will need not only the highest level of technical knowledge and expertise in the field of Project Management, but also a high level of commercial awareness to support the Project Delivery Team in the business development of current accounts and new opportunities.
A thorough understanding of Project Management within the renewable energy industry would be advantageous.
Key attributes
Essential
Extensive experience working at a Senior Level in Project Management
Thorough industry commercial awareness
Relevant senior project management experience
Experience of managing a broad range of both internal & external stakeholders
Windfarm experience
Advantageous
Chartered MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS/ MICE/ MIMechE or equivalent
Experience in a commercial renewable energies environment
Broad understanding of the renewable energy markets
Proven track record within a consultancy environment
