Description
One of the UK’s Leading construction companies are currently looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer
Duties:
Designing power systems, short circuit calculations and protection co-ordination
Specification and requisitioning of equipment
Technical bid evaluations
Input to drawing office deliverables
Co-ordinating/interfacing with other disciplines
Technical review of documents produced by others
Developing design criteria
Co-ordination, interfacing and liaison with clients and vendors
Resource planning and management
Experience:
Must have experience in engineering design of electrical installations associated with petrochemical and process plants. Experienced in the use of power system software, particularly high voltage systems up to and including 33kV.
BSc Elect Eng or HND/HNC with suitable experience.
CEng or working towards CEng status.
